 Incubated in 2021 and launched November 2022, the Roadmap is an action-oriented program mobilizing communities to work in solidarity together to build the partnerships, policies, and programs required to end displacement, and scale the availability of affordable homes and community spaces as to meet community need. This includes providing capacity building, planning, and consensus building facilitation services to public, private, and non-profit leaders in Toronto, Peel, Hamilton, Hamilton, Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo, York Region, as well as cities across Ontario and Canada.
