This page summarizes key resources to help planners, developers, and community members plan in a way consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code, as required by the Ontario Provincial Planning Statement, and in alignment with Canada's agreement with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (covenants that give legal force to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights).
