CP Planning is building community assets for the success of households across Canada, because housing is a basic human right. Housing is a household’s greatest asset, whereas solidarity is a communities’ greatest asset. Everyone deserves secure and dignified housing to tend to their roots, and solidarity between socio-economic groups enables the conditions for this to be attained for all.

Through our innovative approach we build partnerships and coalitions with community leaders, development organizations, philanthropy, government, and other key stakeholders to shape programs and projects that generate meaningful progress to build affordable housing at the scale required to meet the growing need for secure and dignified housing.
