This year’s Summit, our most participatory yet, welcomed over 80 leaders from the GTHA. Developers, government and philanthropic leaders, and community organizers alike.

Findings from the workshop are being used to inform next step strategies. Thank you to all who volunteered to provide feedback before our report back later this year! We look forward to sharing more information at the next workshop and report back. In the interim we have prepared a high level summary, linked below.

From our 2024 Roadmap efforts, we’ve learned this: community already has the workforce to build a better Canada- Canada just needs to fund them. Grassroots planners, non-profit developers, and social innovators are already advancing inclusive redevelopment, yet face stark funding deficits.

Participant feedback at the Resident Summit is helping to chart the pathway to decent work, fair wages, and ethical jobs in the Equitable Land Use Planning Economy.

We are proud of another successful year.
