CP Planning is a non-profit urban planning organization practicing a human rights approach to community planning. Our mission is to align for public, non-profit, and private sector organizations within the land use development industry to invest in solutions that uphold the economic, social, and cultural rights of marginalized people to have access to good housing, good jobs, an adequate standard of living, and opportunities for cultural expression.

Compensation: $65,000-$74,000 - commensurate with qualifications
Reports to: Senior Strategist
Commitment: 35 hours/week

The CP Planning team is seeking a detail oriented and creative problem-solver to join in the role of Strategist. The ideal candidate has experience designing and innovating within ongoing and dynamic program strategies within small to medium sized organizations, enjoys managing multiple projects, and has demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

As CP Planning collaborates with vulnerable communities, the ideal candidate must have direct experience conducting community engaged work and contributing to social justice. The Strategist will work closely with the CP Planning team to implement the Roadmap for Redevelopment Plans to Confront Systemic Racism (Roadmap).
