
In 2018 CP Planning partnered with 11 community groups to engage 140 residents in East York, Etobicoke Lakeshore, York, Scarborough, and Downtown Toronto. The consultations centred around the lived experience of residents and concluded with the generation of over 18 maps which illustrate how residents imagine their neighbourhood might look like if housing was treated as a human right.

Yet this work remains under-resourced despite its growing importance.
