This project focuses on coordinating for major redevelopment plans and processes to develop the policies, programs, and partnerships that will provide the affordable housing needed to end the displacement of vulnerable residents during the process of establishing transit oriented communities.  As racialized residents are more often to rent and be displaced, this project prioritizes addressing systemic racism.  This includes a focus on increasing community and professional engagement of racialized people in the planning, development, and management of affordable housing .

This program is currently engaged in Toronto, Peel, Hamilton, and Ottawa.
